Refund policy

Refunds                                                                                                                                                  The Life Cycle Design is a small business and as such, it is not possible to issue refunds. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase so do get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@thelifecycledesign.com.

The only exception to this refund policy is for 727 Sailbags items. If you are not happy with your purchase due to a fault, kindly contact The Life Cycle Design at info@thelifecycledesign.com along with a description and/or photographs. Faulty items may then be returned, in their original packaging,  at the customer's own expense. Upon receipt of faulty item a refund may be issued at The Life Cycle Design's discretion.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately with photographs if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
