Lerici Harbour. Italian Riviera. Open Edition
£20.00
The Details
This photograph, taken in the spring of 2019, balances the boats in the Lerici harbour with the gentle pastels of the Italian architecture. There is a retro feel of the Dolce Vita lived in the Italian Riviera.
Materials Used
Museum-quality fine art giclée print on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper using archival pigment inks.
Method of Creation
Each artwork begins with one of my original photographs and is professionally produced as a fine art giclée print by specialist fine art printers in the United Kingdom.
Giclée printing is widely regarded as the gold standard in fine art reproduction, using archival pigment inks to achieve exceptional colour accuracy, tonal range and detail. This process allows the subtle light, atmosphere and texture within the original photograph to be faithfully reproduced.
The prints include a narrow white border for framing purposes and are produced on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper, one of the world's most respected fine art papers. Manufactured by Hahnemühle, a German papermaker founded in 1584, this archival-quality paper features a distinctive textured surface that enhances depth, richness and detail while giving the print an elegant, tactile quality.
Combined with archival pigment inks, the result is a museum-quality fine art print with exceptional longevity and fade resistance for up to 100 years under normal display conditions.
